We have some thrilling news to share with you all! On February 14, 2025, Hemstrought’s Bakeries finalized the acquisition of Utica Bread, bringing together two local culinary powerhouses. This merger is set to expand our offerings and transform the way you enjoy your favorite baked goods!
What’s Changing?
The only changes will be enhancements aimed at improving your experience and being open 7 days a week. We’re excited to announce that we plan to broaden our grab-and-go options, introduce seating in several areas, and revamp our Hemstrought's Bakeries space to create a more café-like atmosphere.
How Does This Affect You?
So, how does this affect you, our valued customers? We’re moving Utica Bread’s baking operation into Hemstrought’s Bakery and taking on two retail locations – North Utica and New Hartford. This means more delicious options and more cozy places for you to enjoy them!
